It has never been so easy to add Gravity Flow Rack Leves to existing Pallet Rack Systems to turn them into highly efficient picking stations. You can customize the level adding more guides and rollers to fit your exact box or bin dimensions. Multiple dimensions can be even combined on the same level, making it extremely flexible to adpat to your specific needs. Levels are compatible with 96" Pallet Rack levels, and can reach an astonishing 2,400 lbs capacity. Rollers are high-density injection molded thermoplastic 1" wide and 1" diameter. Sides are slotted in 1" increments to easily create the optimum picking and sliding angle. With Schaefer's pre-built kits, 4 botls is all it takes to complete installation.
